Refund policy

If you received the wrong order or the wrong product, write to us at info@popunderwear.com mentioning the following:

·      your name
·      your order number
·      a brief summary of the situation

*Very important to notify us upon receipt of the order or within 10 days. After 10 days, we will not be able to process your request*

** However, do not send us back the item received by mistake without having had an answer from us. We'll email you if you need to resend it.**

Rest assured that we are taking all necessary means to resolve the situation to provide A1 customer service!

Before any exchange or return, you must meet all the criteria below:

·      The item must be returned within 30 days from the day it was received. 

·      The items have not been worn, washed and are in their original condition.

Thereafter, you must contact us by email at info@popunderwear.com with the title: Exchange or Return as well as your #POP order number

In the email, tell us:
·      your name 
·      the item you wish to exchange/return.
·      your number command

After receiving approval from customer service, please send your item by mail, writing your name and the desired item inside your package.

The package must be sent to us at your expense with the carrier of your choice to the following address:

REFUND

If the return meets the criteria listed below, POP Underwear agrees to refund the amount of the order as well as the taxes related to the order, minus the initial shipping costs,  in the form of credit for our online store. Shipping costs are at the customer's charge.

·      The item must be returned within 30 days from the day it was received. 

·      Returns/exchanges are accepted if the items have not been worn or washed and are in their original condition.

If these conditions are not met, we will have no choice but to send the package back to you at your charge, as we will not accept your request.
