General Information
Bamboo is known to be 5 times more absorbent than cotton. In addition to being hypoallergenic and antibacterial, it has antioxidant properties. Unlike other fibers, it absorbs excess moisture faster and dries very quickly. It is by far one of the most comfortable fabrics on the market.
All our pieces require special care. It is best to wash them on a delicate cycle and in cold water. Avoid the dryer and dry them flat if possible. Never use bleach or other products that are not suitable soaps.

For sweaters, onesies and babydolls, you can refer to the size you normally take in your clothes. The sweaters are already much bigger. They are “oversized” style.

Orders and Delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order that has already been created. You can write to us at info@popunderwear.com so that we can check if the request has already been processed. If it has not been made, we can cancel it.
However, if the order has been processed, you can refer to the return section to follow the steps to return the items. Certain conditions apply.

For orders with tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain your tracking number. Your tracking number will be activated when the carrier has picked up your package at our warehouse.
For orders without tracking: As soon as your order is sent you will receive a confirmation by email. Packages without tracking are shipped by stamp via Canada Post.
*Please note that during collection launches, delivery times are longer due to the high volume of orders to be shipped. Allow 4-5 additional business days to the times below*
You can contact the Canada Post team directly at 1-866-607-6301 or Purolator at 1-888-744-7123 with your tracking number.
They are the ones who will be able to tell you exactly where your package is.
If they ever mention that they can't find it (very rare), write to us at info@popunderwear.com . We will take care of the rest with you.
If you have received the wrong order or the wrong product, you must write to us at info@popunderwear.com mentioning the following:
· your name
· your order number
· a brief summary of the situation
*Very important to notify us upon receipt of the order or within 10 days. After 10 days, we will not be able to process your request*
** However, do not return the piece received in error without having had a response from us. We will send you an email if you need to resend it.**
Rest assured that we are taking all necessary steps to resolve the situation to provide A1 customer service!
If you have received a defective product, you must write to us at info@popunderwear.com mentioning the following:
· your name
· your order number
· a short summary of your situation

** However, do not return the defective part received without having had a response from us. We will send you an email if you need to return it.**

Gift card/Promo code
If you have a promo code, you must enter it in the box provided for this purpose when making your purchase.

Once the order has been paid for, it is unfortunately no longer possible to add a promo code since our system does not allow it.
Exchanges/Returns/Refunds
Before any exchange or return, you must meet all of the criteria below:
· The item must be returned within 30 days from the day of receipt.
· Items are unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
Afterwards, you must contact us via email at info@popunderwear.com with the title: Exchange or Return as well as your order number #POP
In the email, please tell us:
· your name
· the piece you wish to exchange/return.
· your order number
After receiving approval from customer service, please send your item by mail, writing your name and the desired item inside your package.
The package must be sent to us at your expense with the carrier of your choice to the following address:

If the return meets the criteria listed below, POPunderwear agrees to refund the amount of the order as well as the taxes related to the order, less the initial shipping costs, in the form of an online store credit . Shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
· The item must be returned within 30 days from the day it was received.
· Returns/exchanges are accepted if the items have not been worn or washed and are in their original condition.
If these conditions are not met, we will have no choice but to send the package back to you at your expense, as we will not accept your request.
We strongly recommend returning the package with a tracking number so that the package can be tracked.
Note that it may take up to five business days after we receive the package before we process your return.
You will receive an email confirmation when we have issued the refund in the form of online store credit .
All delivery charges, including those for returns or exchanges, are non-refundable.
At POPunderwear we want to make sure you are 110% satisfied, which is why we handle each case personally to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Please note that during a SALE (Black Friday, Boxing Day, Surprise Box, Holiday Season or any other promotions/discounts), all orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
